Yearly Service Program

A pragmatic program designed to meet your seasonal needs

Spring service consists of: inspection and treatment through exterior applications which include, spraying complete foundation and entry points to prevent entry of emerging pests. It also incorporates the application of granular baits to ant trails and insect harborages along the property. We also provide you with tamper resistant rodent bait stations which eliminate and also monitor rodent activity.

Summer service consists of: inspecting and treatment of general pests such as pavement ants, wasps, yellow jackets, sow bugs, millipedes, spiders, and rodents.

Fall service consists of: inspection and treatment through exterior applications which include, spraying complete foundation and entry points to prevent entry of over wintering pests. It also incorporates the inspection and treatment of attic and crawl spaces to prevent the infiltration of rodents as the weather changes.

Winter service consists of: the inspection and treatment of attic and crawl spaces to eliminate indoor foraging of rodents seeking to escape the elements. Inspection and application for the control of spiders, sow bugs, pavement ants, water bugs and other year round pests.

Our yearly service program provides you with four seasonal treatments designed to proactively treat your property before pests become a problem. The program is designed to give you the amount of service required to maintain your home. If needed additional services are provided at no additional charge. In addition to the service we also provide you with a free termite monitoring system which will be inspected during each service visit.
