Very prompt, came between the time frame given, and very professional. We were very satisfied with their service.

The exterminator is soo nice and friendly. Comes around the same time monthly. In and out pretty quickly. He always asks if everything is ok and if we had any issues. Would def recommend!

Spoke with Patricia who was lovely and helpful. She asked me questions and the reason

for my call. She explained the business-side and called me back within 10 minutes with

an appointment scheduled for the same day between 2-5. She introduced Miguel, the

tech, and said he would call me 30 minutes beforehand. Miguel was punctual,

professional and knowledgeable. After taking care of the initial problem, he walked the

property looking for other possible issues.

I'm glad that I read the other reviews and chose Suburban Pest Control. I would not

Always reliable, knowledgeable and professional. I know my tech well (Jorge) and he never fails to help out when needed. Highly recommend.

Matthew was great! Very friendly, arrived on time, and explained everything as he was doing it. It was very quick and easy to get an appointment as well. Would recommend!

Suburban was terrific at eliminating a very bad ant infestation. We were hesitant to have poisons placed in our home because we have a dog and cats. Suburban used safe substances and were very precise and careful with the applications. The technicians had real expertise in tracking and treating the buggers, and they explained everything as they found it and what they were doing to address it. They were super courteous and helpful. They worked both inside and outside the house and eliminated our terrible infestation. Will definitely call them back if and when needed in the future.

Carmen was very helpful with giving me prep instructions for bedbug treatment in my apartment.

My original review was one of only two stars, that primarily focused on a particular employee that gave me a very terrible experience. Ralph, the manager was able to get back to me in a very timely manner and was reasonable and accommodating. A new employee by the name of Chaz was sent out to service my apartment to correct the mishap and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was highly respectful and went out of his way to make sure that the appropriate services were provided and that I was a satisfied client. Thank you!
