I can not say enough good things about Suburban Pest Control.I would give them 10 stars if I could. I was in a bind and called Suburban Pest Control based on the good reviews I read online. I am so happy I contacted them. I used a ‘larger’ company in the past for general pest control. Nothing compares to the service I have received from Suburban Pest Control. Ralph has gone above and beyond to help me. He is honest and extremely knowledgeable. He always communicates with me in a timely manner and I know that my issue will be resolved because of his vast experience.

My original review was one of only two stars, that primarily focused on a particular employee that gave me a very terrible experience. Ralph, the manager was able to get back to me in a very timely manner and was reasonable and accommodating. A new employee by the name of Chaz was sent out to service my apartment to correct the mishap and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was highly respectful and went out of his way to make sure that the appropriate services were provided and that I was a satisfied client. Thank you!

Amazing customer service, personal and polite and professional. All the technicians that come are knowledgeable and friendly and polite.

Suburban was terrific at eliminating a very bad ant infestation. We were hesitant to have poisons placed in our home because we have a dog and cats. Suburban used safe substances and were very precise and careful with the applications. The technicians had real expertise in tracking and treating the buggers, and they explained everything as they found it and what they were doing to address it. They were super courteous and helpful. They worked both inside and outside the house and eliminated our terrible infestation. Will definitely call them back if and when needed in the future.
