My original review was one of only two stars, that primarily focused on a particular employee that gave me a very terrible experience. Ralph, the manager was able to get back to me in a very timely manner and was reasonable and accommodating. A new employee by the name of Chaz was sent out to service my apartment to correct the mishap and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was highly respectful and went out of his way to make sure that the appropriate services were provided and that I was a satisfied client. Thank you!

I cannot thank Nelson enough for his amazing service! Patricia handled all my matters and concerns via the phone then promptly sent Nelson the next day to handle all my concerns. I am huge on communication and customer service and truly appreciate this company so far.

Having awakened to swarming insects (later identified as termites) near my living room fireplace, I called the first pest control service nearby my home. My call was answered quickly, as were my questions. Within an hour or two, Suburban Pest Control arrived and inspected areas both inside and outside my house. The treatment plan was clearly explained and services began promptly. Suburban Pest Control is knowledgeable, professional, and has consistently communicated well with me.
