My original review was one of only two stars, that primarily focused on a particular employee that gave me a very terrible experience. Ralph, the manager was able to get back to me in a very timely manner and was reasonable and accommodating. A new employee by the name of Chaz was sent out to service my apartment to correct the mishap and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was highly respectful and went out of his way to make sure that the appropriate services were provided and that I was a satisfied client. Thank you!

Spoke with Patricia who was lovely and helpful. She asked me questions and the reason

for my call. She explained the business-side and called me back within 10 minutes with

an appointment scheduled for the same day between 2-5. She introduced Miguel, the

tech, and said he would call me 30 minutes beforehand. Miguel was punctual,

professional and knowledgeable. After taking care of the initial problem, he walked the

property looking for other possible issues.

I'm glad that I read the other reviews and chose Suburban Pest Control. I would not

Had a great experience with Suburban Pest Control. Very responsive, flexible on scheduling, and most importantly, their services were very effective. They did a thorough review of our home and put in the necessary solutions. Our pest issues were resolved within the week. Definitely would recommend them.

It was a pleasure dealing with both the in-office staff and the onsite pest control professionals from Suburban Pest Control. They were honest and transparent when it came to discussing their plans, and when it came time for treatment, their service people were punctual, communicative and professional as can be. They even came back when we spotted a few "straggler" ants after the initial visits and took care of the issue. I highly recommend Suburban for your pest control needs.
