My original review was one of only two stars, that primarily focused on a particular employee that gave me a very terrible experience. Ralph, the manager was able to get back to me in a very timely manner and was reasonable and accommodating. A new employee by the name of Chaz was sent out to service my apartment to correct the mishap and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was highly respectful and went out of his way to make sure that the appropriate services were provided and that I was a satisfied client. Thank you!

Having awakened to swarming insects (later identified as termites) near my living room fireplace, I called the first pest control service nearby my home. My call was answered quickly, as were my questions. Within an hour or two, Suburban Pest Control arrived and inspected areas both inside and outside my house. I can not say enough good things about Suburban Pest Control.I would give them 10 stars if I could. I was in a bind and called Suburban Pest Control based on the good reviews I read online. I am so happy I contacted them. I used a ‘larger’ company in the past for general pest control. Nothing compares to the service I have received from Suburban Pest Control.
