Spoke with Patricia who was lovely and helpful. She asked me questions and the reason

for my call. She explained the business-side and called me back within 10 minutes with

an appointment scheduled for the same day between 2-5. She introduced Miguel, the

tech, and said he would call me 30 minutes beforehand. Miguel was punctual,

professional and knowledgeable. After taking care of the initial problem, he walked the

A new employee by the name of Chaz was sent out to service my apartment to correct the mishap and he was absolutely phenomenal!
