Suburban was terrific at eliminating a very bad ant infestation. We were hesitant to have poisons placed in our home because we have a dog and cats. Suburban used safe substances and were very precise and careful with the applications. The technicians had real expertise in tracking and treating the buggers, and they explained everything as they found it and what they were doing to address it. They were super courteous and helpful. They worked both inside and outside the house and eliminated our terrible infestation. Will definitely call them back if and when needed in the future.

My technician on Friday 3/25 was extremely professional and thorough. Mr. Louis Vasquez was awesome. I hope he does my services all the time. He is truly a jewel.

Needed a follow-up to initial wasp infestation service. Luis, a technician for Suburban, came immediately to assist us and take care of the issue. Luis was most professional, taking time to assist us, providing detailed information of steps taken to address our problem. The entire Suburban staff are most responsive and conduct themselves professionally.

My original review was one of only two stars, that primarily focused on a particular employee that gave me a very terrible experience. Ralph, the manager was able to get back to me in a very timely manner and was reasonable and accommodating. A new employee by the name of Chaz was sent out to service my apartment to correct the mishap and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was highly respectful and went out of his way to make sure that the appropriate services were provided and that I was a satisfied client. Thank you!
