My call was answered quickly, as were my questions. Within an hour or two, Suburban Pest Control arrived and inspected areas both inside and outside my house. The treatment plan was clearly explained and services began promptly. Suburban Pest Control is knowledgeable, professional, and has consistently communicated well with me.

Spoke with Patricia who was lovely and helpful. She asked me questions and the reason

for my call. She explained the business-side and called me back within 10 minutes with

an appointment scheduled for the same day between 2-5. She introduced Miguel, the

tech, and said he would call me 30 minutes beforehand. Miguel was punctual,

professional and knowledgeable. After taking care of the initial problem, he walked the

property looking for other possible issues.
