They were honest and transparent when it came to discussing their plans, and when it came time for treatment, their service people were punctual, communicative and professional as can be. I have had suburban pest out to the house a couple times for various issues. Very easy to schedule appt, knowledgeable technicians and always get good results.

Spoke with Patricia who was lovely and helpful. She asked me questions and the reason

for my call. She explained the business-side and called me back within 10 minutes with

an appointment scheduled for the same day between 2-5. She introduced Miguel, the

tech, and said he would call me 30 minutes beforehand. Miguel was punctual,

professional and knowledgeable. After taking care of the initial problem, he walked the

property looking for other possible issues.

I'm glad that I read the other reviews and chose Suburban Pest Control. I would not

great service at reasonable prices. Friendly, hard working techs.
