for my call. She explained the business-side and called me back within 10 minutes with

an appointment scheduled for the same day between 2-5. She introduced Miguel, the

tech, and said he would call me 30 minutes beforehand. Miguel was punctual,

professional and knowledgeable. After taking care of the initial problem, he walked the

property looking for other possible issues.

Luis was most professional, taking time to assist us, providing detailed information of steps taken to address our problem. The entire Suburban staff are most responsive and conduct themselves professionally.

Suburban was terrific at eliminating a very bad ant infestation. We were hesitant to have poisons placed in our home because we have a dog and cats. Suburban used safe substances and were very precise and careful with the applications. The technicians had real expertise in tracking and treating the buggers, and they explained everything as they found it and what they were doing to address it. They were super courteous and helpful.
